Our Process

Initial Consultation

Our first meeting is an information gathering session where you and your designer discuss the scope of your project. They will ask questions about your space and how it is utilized, then discuss your ideas, wants, and needs. The designer will provide an overview of our process and review budget and scheduling expectations.

If you are satisfied with the information exchanged, we will schedule a time to come out and survey your space. If you are already working with a builder or an architect, we will make arrangements with you to have plans sent to us.

Design Development & Project Costing

Design development starts with our field survey and/or receipt of architectural drawings. Your designer then creates a floor plan and elevations based on this information and what they learned at the initial consultation.

At this point we begin budgetary pricing for the project. As we develop your design, we will consistently ask for your input. This stage progresses until you are satisfied with all elements of design and product selection.

At the end of this phase, we present the final contract, materials list, and drawings for your approval. Should you decide to move forward, a deposit will be required at this time.

We welcome the opportunity to work with other design professionals.
